Gravity separation process is suitable for those ore or other materials with a large density difference between the mineral and the gangue. It is the very effective methods to processing mineral in large size, medium size and fine size, the approximate size value is greater than 25 mm, 25 ~ 2 mm, 2~ 0.1 mm.
The gravity separation process is to form loose delamination and separation conditions of the treated mineral by the act of fluid dynamics and mechanical forces because of the density different or size different of the mineral, to obtain separated mineral by different density or size.
